About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Talent84 Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality civil designs, calculations, and specifications for water infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with CAD technicians to create 3D models and 2D drawings for water infrastructure projects.
  • Work within multi-discipline design teams to deliver designs that meet project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including operations, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Drive excellence in health and safety by identifying and mitigating hazards during the design phase.
  • Progress projects from feasibility to construction, ensuring compliance with CDM procedures.
  • Conduct site visits to assess asset conditions, gather data, and inform design solutions.
  • Support the development and implementation of Standard Products for repeatable design solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance project digitalization, sustainability, innovation, and people objectives.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum of HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or demonstrate equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in designing various civil engineering structures within the water and wastewater industry.
