About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying top talent and building strong relationships with clients to meet their recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and attract top talent in the Engineering industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client objectives
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for client roles
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
