We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Person to join our team at SIG Roofing's Cambridge Branch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, developing strong relationships with key accounts, and driving sales growth within our branch.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver new business sales and existing account development to drive branch profitability
- Engage with external sales force, warehouse, and credit control teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Input orders onto our system and maintain accurate sales records via Salesforce
- Forge strong working relationships with key accounts and manage their expectations around product availability and delivery schedules
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Deliver high-quality customer service
- Experience in a telesales environment
- IT literacy
- Knowledge of construction products desirable
