About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Person to join our team at SIG Roofing's Cambridge Branch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, developing strong relationships with key accounts, and driving sales growth within our branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver new business sales and existing account development to drive branch profitability
  • Engage with external sales force, warehouse, and credit control teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Input orders onto our system and maintain accurate sales records via Salesforce
  • Forge strong working relationships with key accounts and manage their expectations around product availability and delivery schedules
Requirements
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Deliver high-quality customer service
  • Experience in a telesales environment
  • IT literacy
  • Knowledge of construction products desirable
