We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Room Service Attendant to join our esteemed team at Firmdale Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our discerning guests.

Salary: £25-£30 per hour inclusive of service charge, depending on experience.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders from guests via phone or online platforms, making recommendations as needed, delivering items promptly, and ensuring that every guest interaction is warm, welcoming, and tailored to their preferences.

In addition to your excellent communication skills and attention to detail, you must be able to work effectively under pressure and maintain a high level of organization while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
