Job Description

DMW Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across the North East and Nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research and prepare comprehensive reports on contractual issues, operational procedures, and other matters.
  • Authorize the issuance of contracts, purchase orders, and change orders, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement quality control provisions, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize project cost estimating and value engineering.
  • Represent DMW Recruitment in business dealings with clients, consultants, contractors, and other public and private agencies.
  • Facilitate weekly and monthly progress meetings with subcontractors, ensuring safety and training protocols are adhered to.
  • Liaise with clients to develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the implementation of company safety protocols on-site.
  • Establish performance and delivery criteria, ensuring client requirements are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure future project opportunities.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven track record in coordinating packages on large industrial or infrastructure projects, with a preference for electrical projects.
  • High standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Experience in mission-critical projects is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols.
Benefits:
  • Annual Salary: £50,000-£54,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Car allowance.
  • Pension scheme contribution of 5%.
  • 10% bonus paid against project commercial performance.
