KWS UK Ltd. is a leading company in the seed industry, seeking a skilled Cultivation Specialist to join their team in Thriplow, near Cambridge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with field, barn, laboratory, and glasshouse operations essential for the successful development of new crop varieties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out field activities such as drilling, pest control, rogueing, scoring, and harvesting.
  • Work indoors on variety purity checks, seed processing, and crossing.

Requirements:

  • Eager to learn about crop breeding and development.
  • Able to work within teams and alone.
  • Trustworthy and reliable.
  • UK driving license.
  • Agricultural machinery experience beneficial but not essential.
