We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Project Building Surveyor. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
About the Role:
As a Project Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
- Managing project budgets and ensuring that costs are accurately estimated and controlled
- Coordinating with project teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards
- Preparing and submitting project reports and documentation to stakeholders
- Identifying and mitigating potential project risks and issues
