Culinary Ambassador

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Culinary Ambassador to join our team at Zizzi Bridgend. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring that every visit to our restaurant is a memorable one.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about our food, knowledgeable about our menu, and able to share this passion with our customers. You will be a team player, working closely with the rest of the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

As a Culinary Ambassador, you will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and drinks. You will also be involved in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, as well as contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

• Supporting the whole restaurant team, front of house and back of house, to make sure the restaurant is running like clockwork.
