Job DescriptionRole Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Analyst to join our established finance team at our Head Office in Bromsgrove. The successful candidate will play a key role in maximising revenue and profitability through sound commercial financial decision-making.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies, including annual fee uplifts and discounts, for all Group products and services.
  • Determine unit delivery costs for all products and services provided by the Group.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to contracts and pricing within systems and with internal stakeholders.
  • Review and improve agency and business unit profitability through benchmarking and budget variance analysis.
  • Conduct monthly accounts reviews with operational management.
  • Design and improve financial reporting for the Group, focusing on transparency and accuracy.
  • Sustain smooth transitions of new acquisitions into commercial and financial reporting frameworks.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective networking across all levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen, driving opportunities and mitigating risks to enhance business results.
  • A proven track record in a Commercial environment.
  • A history of delivering cost-saving targets.
  • Professional qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience.
