Job Description

As a key member of the Culina Logistics team, the Site Continuous Improvement Practitioner will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and improving site performance. Reporting to the General Manager, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the Site CI plan, acting as a PMO for the site while supporting the Operational Excellence Strategy.

The successful candidate will help facilitate change activity on site to deliver Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People benefits, encouraging colleague participation and engagement. Key duties will include monitoring and supporting the delivery of the site CI plan, working with site teams and the CLL Regional CI Manager(s) and broader Projects team, ensuring all site CI activity goes through the appropriate Gateways and sign-off.

Additional responsibilities will include reporting progress, risks, issues, and benefits relating to all site-based CI and Project activity, working with site colleagues to identify opportunities to deliver improvements to health and safety, quality, cost, service, and engagement, and tracking and reporting on benefits identified and realised locally at site.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, previous experience of being involved or leading elements of a project, and presentation skills with the ability to deliver training. They will also have some knowledge of IT systems, data analysis and solution design skills, and experience of working closely with operations and developing effective working relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
