Job Overview

As a Recruitment Consultant at Hourglass Education, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top-tier teaching talent into schools and multi-academy trusts. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from initial client contact to candidate placement, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with multi-academy trusts, schools, and other educational institutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Management: Identify, source, and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, from the initial job brief to offer and acceptance stages.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the education sector and understanding of school staffing requirements.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
