Nurse Care Coordinator

A career-defining opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in a leading care home based in Northern Ireland. You will be part of a dynamic team working with one of the UK's top healthcare providers.
This care home offers intermediate care as an alternative to hospital stays. The team focuses on helping residents regain their confidence and independence through physiotherapy and occupational therapy.
To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
As a Nurse, your key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care
- Developing well-structured care plans and risk assessments, with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records, incorporating modern technology
- Overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and current legislation
- Making timely decisions and providing guidance and support to team members
- Supporting, guiding, teaching, and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A passion for delivering great care and supporting residents and their families
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others
- A deep understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards and relevant legislation
- The ability to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment
The successful Nurse will receive a competitive salary of £19.74 per hour and up to £45,165.12 per annum. We offer a range of benefits, including:
