Role Overview

A dynamic and dedicated Primary School Educator is sought by the Wayman Group to join their team in April 2024. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education and be committed to inspiring and motivating students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles
• Assess students' progress and provide timely feedback to support their growth
• Create a positive classroom environment where students feel safe and motivated to learn
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies and enhance student outcomes
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on students' progress

Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
• Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with experience in Year 5
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for education and commitment to inspiring and motivating students
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
