About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer to join our team at Sodexo Group, working with our prestigious clients in the pharmaceutical industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal functionality and availability of plant facilities while maintaining compliance with Good Practice (GXP) and Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development, implementation, and enhancement of maintenance strategies for assets, utilizing current best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with Duty Holders to uphold and enforce engineering compliance, delegating responsibilities as necessary while leading and maintaining compliance with all Engineering SOPs/SHEP.
  • Help support the delivery of asset criticality studies and assist with implementing a program of works in line with the findings from the criticality assessments.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and improvement of the maintenance strategy for assets.
Requirements
  • Background in the pharmaceutical or GMP industry is highly desired.
  • Proven experience in engineering with a focus on optimization and innovation.
  • Demonstrates a sound understanding of engineering within IFM services, and how it contributes directly to the business objectives.
  • Understanding and experience of managing a commercial contract agreement.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for driving positive change.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Proactive and results-driven.
Qualifications
  • MIET, Master of Science or Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or equivalent technical experience highly preferable.
