Role Description

As an Education Assistant - Primary Setting, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational journey of primary-aged children.

You will work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons, promote positive behavior, and maintain accurate records of pupil progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons, adapting to the needs of individual pupils.
  2. Provide individualized support to children, helping them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
  3. Maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to process one)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive daily rate of 83.33-90.00, inclusive of holiday pay, dependent on experience. You will also have access to bonus opportunities, including refer-a-friend vouchers and employee of the month awards.
