CRM Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CRM Manager to join our Blu Digital team. As a key member of our ecommerce and digital team, you will be responsible for driving acquisition and retention strategies across our food and drink client's customer base.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing data-driven CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
  • Managing and optimising email marketing campaigns to drive personalisation and conversion
  • Collaborating with the Head of Ecommerce to align CRM efforts with business objectives
  • Utilising data and analytics to inform strategy and measure campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Strong CRM experience, ideally with a focus on ecommerce and digital channels
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
