Job Title: Centre Director

Mytime Active is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Director to lead the management and operations of our leisure centre in Bromley, London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall management and operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with contractual responsibilities and maintaining quality service.
  • Develop and implement business, marketing, and service plans to achieve financial targets and meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Lead a team of staff, providing excellent leadership and management to help them perform at their best.
  • Ensure the centre operates in accordance with the service outputs detailed within the sites specific objectives and Mytime Active business plan.

Requirements:

  • Proven management experience in a multi-facility leisure and/or golf facility environment.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles, practices, and strategic planning.
  • Sound working knowledge of current facility management, best practice, and statutory compliance.
