About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Analyst to join our team at Ecclesiastical Insurance Group. As a PMO Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Programme Managers and their teams in delivering programmes and projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and practices, including Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for coordinating, planning, controlling, reporting, and analysing programme delivery, as well as supporting the PMO lead in developing and implementing hybrid agile PMO practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Governance Reporting: Develop and maintain governance reports aligned to hybrid agile delivery methodologies.
  • Jira & Confluence Administration: Administer and maintain Jira and Confluence tools to support programme delivery.
  • Risk, Action, and Issue Management: Maintain and track risks, actions, and issues related to programme delivery.
  • Schedule and Plan Management: Develop and maintain schedules and plans, including financial monitoring and dependency management.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate and manage resources to support programme delivery.
  • PMO Assurance Activities: Support PMO assurance activities, including documentation and communication.

You will work closely with Programme Managers and their teams to ensure programme delivery is aligned with organisational objectives. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Project Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of project management principles and practices, including Agile methodologies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
