Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, accessible, and impartial careers education, information, advice, and guidance services to our students.
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive careers education programme that meets the needs of our students.
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and external partners to ensure a seamless and effective careers education experience.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the careers education programme and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Careers Guidance or Qualification in Careers Guidance to Level 6 or working towards Level 6.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to young people.
- A genuine interest in delivering positive outcomes for students.
