Taste of What Youll Be Doing

  • Commercial Leadership: Lead the category relationship and strategy with the retail customer, translating our vision and the retailer's strategy into a customer category plan aligned to key KPIs across both businesses.
  • Communication: Communicate clear category performance drivers, both internally to key teams and externally to the customer with a clear action plan.
  • Commercial Acumen: Category understanding to flex range needs by Channel format and challenge the business where white space opportunities exist.
  • Collaboration: Work with the RGM team to support Channel Strategy and commercial to co-create the Customer category plan for growth.

We Are Looking for Someone With

  • Passion and ownership for growing the category through winning with us.
  • Excellent analytical skills and confidence using category sources (Kantar, Circana, Quantium) combined with the ability to translate data into insight.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills with a proven record of delivery.
