Sales and Specification Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Specification Sales Representative to join our team at AWD online. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our range of window and door solutions to architects, specifiers, developers, consultants, and contractors.
Your primary focus will be on developing relationships with key stakeholders, generating product specifications, and working closely with commercial fabricators and installers to maintain and defend those specifications. You will also be expected to deliver technical presentations, such as CPD seminars, to architects and other construction professionals.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of sales success in the windows, doors, curtain walling, or building envelope arena. You must also possess good project management skills, confident presentation skills, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of wind loadings and the fabric of a building is desirable.
In return for your expertise and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary, vehicle allowance, and bonuses. This is a full-time, permanent position, and you will be based at home with travel to sites across the Midlands and South East of England.
