What We Need:

We're looking for a Floortender to join our team, someone who loves people and can provide a warm and friendly first impression to our guests. As a Floortender, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a great first impression.
• Serve drinks and food to customers on the floor, taking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized seating area, clearing empty glasses, plates, and trash as needed.
• Engage with guests, providing information on menu items, drink specials, and promotions.
• Anticipate guest needs and promptly address any inquiries or requests.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Uphold all safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar and seating areas before and after service.

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with any guest.
• Strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously during peak business hours.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a positive guest experience.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and legal drinking age requirements.
