Our client, Elliot Marsh, is seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to support the maintenance and development of their expansive campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural assessment and facilities management, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team. Key responsibilities include conducting site visits, assessing building conditions, and providing recommendations for repairs and maintenance. The successful candidate will be a key member of the facilities management team, working closely with the operations team to ensure the smooth running of the campus. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct site visits to assess building conditions and identify areas for improvement
* Provide recommendations for repairs and maintenance to ensure the integrity of the campus

* Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations

**Requirements:**
