Reactive Maintenance Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Reactive Maintenance Electrician to join our client's team in London. As a key member of the electrical contracting team, you will be responsible for undertaking electrical and building maintenance works, ensuring safe working procedures, and interpreting electrical/site drawings when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake electrical and building maintenance works
  • Have a good understanding of electrical systems and be able to identify/report faults
  • Interpret electrical/site drawings when necessary
  • Minor installation work
  • Ensure safe working procedures in accordance with current health and safety regulations and all other relevant regulations
Requirements:
  • FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE
  • Reactive maintenance experience
  • 17th or 18th Edition City and Guilds 2382-18 or equivalent certificate
  • Level 3 in Electrical Installation + ECS Card
Desirable Requirements:
  • City & Guilds Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent)
  • AM2 / NVQ Level 3 / Gold Card

Our client offers a competitive salary up to £38,000 plus a 10% bonus for driving a van safely and completing jobs, taking your annual take-home to £41,800. The company also provides a van, fuel card, 24 days holiday + bank hols, and chances to progress within the company.

With over 70 electricians working for them throughout London, our client has been in operation since 2000 with constant regular work and winning new contracts with Housing Associations & Retailers (70% domestic & 30% commercial). They also have their own training academy to help you push through to get fully qualified or gain other relevant qualifications.
