Role Overview

Zest Education is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to fulfill the role of Finance Assistant. In this position, you will be responsible for processing orders, managing inventory, handling invoices, and providing support with general administrative duties. This part-time opportunity allows for a flexible schedule, with 21 hours of work per week distributed across either all mornings or three full days.

The successful candidate will require recent and relevant experience, preferably within a school-based environment over the past five years. Their salary will be commensurate with their experience, training, or qualifications, ranging from £22,000 to £28,000 per annum. Additionally, they must hold an enhanced DBS certificate, be registered with the DBS Update Service, provide references covering the last two years, and pass necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
