Early Years Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Winchester Day Nursery and Preschool.
About the RoleAs an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that promote the development of our children towards key milestones. You will also develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers, ensuring the welfare, protection, health, and safety of our children.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our children at all times
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or preschool setting
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
