Job Description

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance monitoring program to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular compliance reviews and risk assessments to identify potential areas of concern.
  • Report on compliance activities and findings to senior management, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Provide compliance training to staff members, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
  • Stay up to date on regulatory changes within the financial services industry, ensuring the organization remains compliant and competitive.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance Monitoring Associate should possess:

  • A degree in law, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance regulations and standards.
  • Proficient in risk management and compliance software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
