Senior Maintenance Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Contract Manager to lead our Responsive Maintenance division within Wates. This role will be based out of our Finsbury Park office, overseeing one of our social housing contracts that includes Voids, Planned and Disrepair workstreams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Supervisors, Administrators, Planners and Operatives, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor customer satisfaction across the contract
- Oversee the scheduling team to ensure large multi-trade jobs are booked and checked for accuracy
- Ensure operatives adhere to company policies and procedures
- Work closely with the Commercial team to identify and rectify invoicing issues
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance in adherence with our Wates Operating Framework
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Repairs and Maintenance sector
- Proven track record in managing large Maintenance contracts
- Proven track record in managing a direct labour organisation and Supply Chain
- Full UK driving licence
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to influence at all levels, and have high levels of commercial acumen. They will be highly organised and driven to achieve high levels of customer and client satisfaction.
