**Become a Deputy Manager at Our Nursing Home - Complete Jobs**

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at our nursing home in the UK. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while supporting the overall management of the home.

The successful candidate will have a current NMC registration, experience of working with older people, and a teaching and mentor or supervision qualification. You will also possess excellent planning and organizational skills, self-motivation, and flexibility.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Medication administration and ordering in line with the home's policies and procedures
  • Working within NMC codes of conduct and scope of practice, as well as the home's policies and procedures
  • Providing support and supervision to care and nursing staff as needed
  • Maintaining effective communication with relatives and healthcare professionals
  • Ensuring confidentiality regarding all aspects of care and home management
  • Assessing and responding to clinical risk, with a strong understanding of the regulatory framework

**Salary:** £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
