About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IoT Solutions & Deployment Engineer to join our team at KCP Network. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of our bespoke smart systems and automation solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain our smart systems and automation solutions
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop project scopes, objectives, and timelines
  • Assist in detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Provide technical support to customers and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Perform all other ad-hoc administrative tasks related to dealing with suppliers and customers

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in installing and commissioning assigned projects for the telecommunication, smart systems, and IoT sectors
  • Understanding of installing and commissioning assigned projects for the Advanced Visual Systems and Television Network
  • Hands-on experience in installing smart systems
  • A thorough understanding of systems integration techniques (Integration via IP protocols, Serial, ZigBee, or IR)
  • Understanding of basic IP network HDbaset Technology
  • Proven experience in working with different project rollouts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be a key point of contact for any troubleshooting issues
  • Understanding of safety guidelines
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and regulations
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites if and when needed
