As a Data Intelligence Solutions Expert, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients unlock the full potential of our Data Intelligence Platform. Your technical expertise will be essential in demonstrating how our platform can help customers solve complex data challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with clients to provide technical and business value to Databricks customers.
  • Operating as an expert in big data analytics to excite customers about Databricks.
  • Scaling best practices in your field and supporting customers by authoring reference architectures, how-tos, and demo applications.
  • Growing your knowledge and expertise to the level of a technical and/or industry specialist.

Requirements include:

  • Experience in technical and presales consulting with background experience in Digital Natives and Start-up Organisations in Big Data and AI solutions sales.
  • Experience in any of the following is an advantage: Data Governance, DWH, GenAI, MLOps, Data Ops, FinOps, MEDDIC.
  • Engaging customers in technical sales, challenging their questions, guiding clear outcomes, and communicating technical and value propositions.
  • Developing customer relationships and building internal partnerships with account executives and teams.
  • Prior experience with coding in a core programming language (i.e., Python, Java, Scala) and Spark (or willing to learn this).
  • Proficient with Big Data Analytics technologies, including hands-on expertise with complex proofs-of-concept and public cloud platform(s).
  • Experienced in use case discovery, scoping, and delivering complex solution architecture designs to multiple audiences.
  • Nice to have: Databricks Certification(s)
