We are seeking a highly skilled Analytical Scientist to join our team at Eurofins PSS Ireland Ltd.
This full-time position involves working on analytical instruments, ensuring their calibration and service data is accurate. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing and updating reports, SOPs, and Calibration Protocols.
The role requires strong communication skills, as you will work closely with the client to ensure their requirements are met. You will also provide support for internal audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
About the Role
- Check instrument calibration/service data for multiple analytical instruments/equipment.
- Write or update reports, SOPs, and Calibration Protocols.
- Provide support to ensure compliance and integrity of quality systems.
- Support the introduction of new equipment/technology via documentation processes.
- Document data as dictated by clients' current policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering, or chemistry is required.
- A sound, fundamental knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques is essential, with specific reference to the qualification and validation of analytical equipment in a GMP setting.
- One to four years' relevant experience of pharmaceutical product analysis and/or manufacturing within a group organization.
Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary of €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
