Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and oversee the preparation of dishes in your assigned section, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and refine menu items, demonstrating creativity and innovation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the culinary team.
• Assist in inventory management, ordering, and quality control of ingredients.
• Contribute to menu development and bring ideas for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Strong understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality culinary standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
