Job Overview
Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Principal Design Engineering Manager to lead our design team on water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This is a full life cycle project where you will be responsible for handling the project from initial conceptual consultations through to completion.

About the Role
This is a hybrid role with 3 days working from home overseeing your team and 2 days in one of our many offices. You will be accountable for the performance of the outcomes of water design projects, and you will need to have a background in the water/wastewater design sector and be well-versed in engineering software.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the design team and projects from design to completion
- Oversee the performance of the outcomes of water design projects
- Handle projects from initial conceptual consultations through to completion
- Work on projects for most of the main water suppliers in the UK

Requirements
- A background in the water/wastewater design sector
- Well-versed in engineering software
- Relevant education background - civil engineering or similar
