Clinical Governance Facilitators Role Overview
The Clinical Governance Facilitators role is a key part of the Clinical Governance & Risk Team at NHS Shetland. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and technical support for a range of clinical governance activities, including clinical audit, clinical effectiveness, and patient surveys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of clinical governance policies and procedures
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives
- Assist with the management of risk and adverse event reports
- Provide administrative support for the Clinical Governance & Risk Team
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good understanding of clinical governance principles and practices
Working Arrangements:
This is a part-time role, working 29.7 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work from the NHS Shetland offices.
