About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to provide person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes. As a Community Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to develop personalized care plans, promoting independence and well-being.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Working collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid UK driving license and access to your own car.
  • Experience working in care or a related field (desirable but not essential).
  • Full training will be provided, including induction training and regular updates.
