Pool Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Pool Receptionist to join our Activities and Leisure Team at Haven Holidays.

About the Role:

• Provide excellent customer service to our guests, answering queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage cash handling processes and operate the till system efficiently.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Store and use chemical and cleaning materials safely and responsibly.

Pay Rates:

£7.50 per hour for 16-17 year olds, £9.97 per hour for 18-20 year olds, and £11.44 per hour for 21+ year olds.

Requirements:

• No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
• Previous experience in a leisure assistant or customer service role is desirable but not essential.

Working Hours:
