Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Administrator to join our administrative team. As a Records Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by preparing project documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Work closely with internal departments to provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate the booking of employee accommodations and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Liaise with local council authorities to register projects and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to general inquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend office meetings to record minutes and ensure that all action items are completed.

Key Requirements

  • Hardworking and eager to learn new skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong and confident communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
