In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our home during evening hours, collaborating with the Night Care Manager and other teams to maintain high standards of care and service delivery.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional care to our residents, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise overnight, and communicating effectively with colleagues and families.

This exciting position comes with a salary range of £26,000 - £29,000 per annum, commensurate with your level of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate night-time care teams
2. Ensure accurate administration of medications and recording
3. Maintain open communication channels with residents, families, and colleagues
