The Customer Experience team is seeking a skilled and proactive Contact Centre Advisor to provide exceptional customer service via phone and written correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial risk assessments and make informed decisions to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Meet quality standards, targets, and service levels while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Administer customer accounts efficiently and accurately to avoid rework.
  • Respond to customer complaints, research, and resolve issues within given parameters.
  • Collaborate with the team, TL's, and other departments to achieve performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
