Lead Associate Dentist Opportunity

Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Associate Dentist to join our team at High Street Dental Practice. Located in a bustling town, our purpose-built facility features six spacious surgeries, providing a dynamic and supportive environment for our dentists to deliver exceptional patient care.

As a Lead Associate Dentist, you will play a key role in supporting our clinicians with clinical guidance and mentorship, while also contributing to the development of our practice plan. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team of hygienists and therapists, as well as our Orthodontists, Endodontists, Periodontists, and Implantologists. Regular meetings with your Practice Manager and clinical team will ensure you stay on track with your UDA targets and support you with the operational management of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to our clinicians
