About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Care UK. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents are met.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, monitoring, and reviewing processes to ensure the ongoing safety of residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse with experience working with older adults.
  • Excellent clinical assessment skills, including Waterlow and MUST.
  • Proven ability to write comprehensive care plans and lead care teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
