Nursery Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at Blom and Blom. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a nursery setting, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and Ofsted Standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the monitoring, planning, and development of the nursery setting
  • Promote and ensure a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment
  • Support and promote equality and diversity throughout all areas of care and practice
  • Supervise, support, and review staff development and performance
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with Local Authorities and other professionals associated with the nursery
Requirements:
  • Early Years Degree or relevant childcare qualification
  • Minimum 18 months nursery management experience
  • Sound understanding of the Ofsted standards and requirements
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
