Therapy Assistant Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapy Assistant Practitioner to join our expert rehabilitation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of non-complex patients, providing assessments and treatments based on protocols and competencies.
- Work under the guidance of registered therapists and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support timely patient discharge.
- Enable patients and their families to achieve rehabilitation goals through treatment programs developed by Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists.
- Mentor junior therapy assistants, participate in in-service training, and support the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-focused care.
- Generous annual leave entitlement starting at 27 days and increasing to 29 days after five years of service and 33 days after 10 years of service, in addition to national Bank Holidays (pro-rata for part-time staff).
