About the Role

We're seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in helping customers find their dream sofa. Your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, combined with your knowledge of our products, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Showcase our products in a way that showcases their quality and features.
  • Provide expert advice on sofa design and style to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Process finance applications to ensure customers receive the best payment options.
  • Contribute to maintaining a visually appealing store environment that reflects our brand values.
  • Support colleagues in their roles, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive team success.
  • Develop strong listening skills to have relevant and engaging conversations with customers.
  • Help customers visualize their new sofa in their home through creative interactions.
  • Recommend additional products that meet customers' needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed aftercare advice to customers to ensure they get the most out of their sofa.
