About the Role

As a Team Lead - Customer Experience, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in our cafés. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring that everything is safe, legal, and to a high standard. This includes managing helpful, eager colleagues in a clean, tidy, and organised environment. As a key member of our team, you will share our commitment to excellent customer service and maximise sales, impact, and presentation in the café.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing the overall running of the café, including routines, processes, sales standards, and changes.
  • Holding full profit and loss accountability for the café.
  • Managing a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Acting as a café menu expert who can share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a background in hospitality at supervisory level and above, excellent communication skills, and people management skills that allow you to lead by example and coach in an inclusive manner. You should also have good planning and organisation skills and a commitment to excellent customer service. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £38,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as colleague discounts, flexible working, and access to free wellbeing services.
