We are seeking an experienced Adult Support Professional to join our team as a Night Support Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our facility and its residents overnight.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing building security
  • Implementing night security protocols
  • Monitoring and logging access
  • Adhering to health and safety policies
  • Keeeping detailed records

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar night support role, particularly with vulnerable young people, and proven ability to work independently and responsibly during night shifts.

This is a 35 hour per week contract, working 8:15 pm - 7:45 am Monday to Friday, including 1 in 4 weekends. The salary for this position is £18.75 per hour (PAYE, inclusive of holiday).
