Multiskilled Tradesperson

Job Summary:

A multiskilled tradesperson is required to join our client's facilities maintenance team in Cornwall. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, and the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client requests by executing reactive tasks via Engineering Service Requests in line with KPIs.
• Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) ensuring that KPIs are met in line with client requirements.
• Demonstrate a sound knowledge of all systems within the building services environment.

Requirements:

• Must be able to demonstrate a strong comprehension of compliance with government legislation.
• Provide effective feedback to Engineering Managers to ensure they are aware of any Facilities/System/Equipment/Site Engineering abnormalities.
• Perform any reasonable task as required by their Supervisor/Manager.

Additional Requirements:

• Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements defined on work instructions or communicated in training.
• Report all accidents, occupational illnesses, and emergencies.
• To take responsibility for defects and follow up on any repairs.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
