We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Supervisor to join our Costa team at Clacket Lane Services on the M25 near Oxted. As a Supervisor, you will be part of the prestigious Costa brand, creating and serving our delicious drinks, sweet pastries, and freshly prepared food.

You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills by supervising and motivating our team to promote sales and deliver a great customer experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have worked in a similar supervisory role before, preferably in a coffee shop or retail environment. You should have a passion for customer service and be able to ensure that every customer leaves with a smile on their face.
