Job Title: Data Center Shift Technician

We are seeking a skilled Data Center Shift Technician to join our team at PRS LTD.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing planned and reactive maintenance activities in our data center. This will involve collaborating with the building Engineering Supervisor and Shift Leader to ensure adherence to site policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

  • Maintenance Activities: The technician will operate building plant, equipment, and systems to meet or exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements.
  • Alarm Response: They will respond promptly to Building Management System alarms and undertake emergency repairs as necessary.
  • Documentation and Planning: The technician will develop and utilize required switching schedules, SOPs, and EOPs in accordance with Company policies and Safe System of Work (SSOW).
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require a Level 3 NVQ in an associated discipline and Manual Handling Training is advantageous.
